At GTP Racing, we are committed to providing high-quality automotive products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that have been installed, modified, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at [support@gtpracing.com] with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will provide return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Returns without authorization may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

If the returned item shows signs of use, wear, or damage, a partial refund may be issued.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact customer support before returning the product.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, orders must follow the standard return process.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Contact your credit card company
